50 Per Cent progress In Online Traffic On Men’s Apparel E-Commerce Platform
Apart from Tier 1 cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi, majority of their orders were from Tier 2 cities like Surat, Pune, Lucknow, Kolkata, among others.

The new age D2C fashion brand ‘Snitch’ running on a retail and e-commerce business model witnessed a huge surge in its festive sales during the extended festive week. As a result of being well equipped with an e-commerce platform, a shopping app, multiple merchant platforms, along with rewards & loyalty programmes, the brand was able to fetch an exceptional growth whilst observing improvement in online traffic sequentially by 50 per cent, stepping up to 22 per cent of the increase in its total number of orders. Apart from Tier 1 cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi, majority of their orders were from Tier 2 cities like Surat, Pune, Lucknow, Kolkata, among others.

Speaking on this, Chetan Siyal, CMO, Snitch said, “Our organisation is well-structured to deliver consistent growth through a simplified and more category-focused operating model. And this festive season, we witnessed early encouraging signs of increased orders. Snitch’s ultra-modern backend model enabled us to fulfill the orders on a timely basis 15 days prior and during the festive week. With the team’s collaborative efforts, we achieve our end-goals.” He also added, going forward Snitch plans to seize increased sales and growth for the upcoming Christmas week.

Festive week 2022 was spent in dazzle for retail and e-commerce businesses. As forecasted, e-commerce players expected INR 1,180 crore during this festive season — which is a 28 per cent growth over last year, and had witnessed a massive growth. Despite the inflation worries, over 40 per cent of the customers anticipated to spend more than INR 10,000 on shopping this festive season. Proving it right, Snitch witnessed an increase in average order value by 15 per cent.
