To battle with the problem of hair loss, here are some easy yet effective ayurvedic treatments:

1.Yoga and meditation:

Yoga has a lot of health benefits and helps in keeping the body fit and flexible. Yoga also helps in proper function of the body. It helps in proper flow of blood and improved the blood circulation of the body. It rejuvenates the cells of the body.

2.Hair masks:

Chemicals in hair products and pollution in air, water are responsible for hair problems such as hair fall, hair breakage, premature graying of hair and other hair related diseases.

Bhringraj: This is also known as the 'King of herbs', which not only helps in preventing hair loss but it also holds the power to reverse balding. It has a calming effect, which promotes sound sleep and releases stress.

Its handful of leaves or powder can be blend with water to make it paste like and then can be applied on the scalp as well as on the hair as scalp to improve the quality of hair, sleep and to release stress.

Amla: This fruit is rich in vitamin C and is loaded with antioxidants. It has an effective power to reduce hair fall, to purify blood and to improve digestion. It can be used in juice form or can be powdered if it is dried and can be mixed in water to form a paste, which can further be applied as hair mask.

Neem: Neem leaves are known for their blood purifying qualities, which helps in preventing the growth of lice and dandruff. It has also been proved that regular use of neem leaves can improve blood circulation, strengthen the roots and promote hair growth.

The paste of leaves can be mixed in water or yogurt to use as hair mask and powder of dry leaves can be added in coconut oil and can be applied on the scalp and hair to get the benefits of neem leaves.

3.Hair Oil:

Ayurvedic oil or a mix of useful herbs’ oil also helps in strengthening the roots of the hair and improves the hair growth.

The hot ayurvedic oil massage can improve the blood circulation of the scalp, in rejuvenation of the hair follicle, resulting voluminous healthy and rich dark hair in just a span of months.

One can also paste of licorice and water or lemon seed and black pepper on the bald patches for re-growth of fallen hair.

Along with all these tips one needs to drink a lot of water, sleep for 8 hours and eat a lot of raw vegetables and fruits to keep the healthy hair on the head.
