Dukaan Partners With SHIELD for High Security and User Trust

Dukaan an E-commerce platform for merchants, retailers, and entrepreneurs, has partnered with risk intelligence company SHIELD. This partnership is said to provide a safer and more trusted digital experience on Dukaan’s platform. Dukaan works as an aggregator of small businesses by providing them with an online presence. It helps them to set up and manage their businesses online through the platform.  

In the aftermath of the lockdown and pandemic, Dukaan has been seen growing exponentially in terms of the gross merchandise value (GMV) and daily active users. This also led to an increase in the volume and frequency of orders completed on the platform. Dukaan is planning the expansion worldwide to challenge more established players such as Shopify. 

SHIELD is a risk intelligence company that empowers online businesses and websites to stop fraud, build trust, and drive growth. It uses Artificial Intelligence and device fingerprinting with Global Intelligence Network to detect fraud threats in real-time.
