Emami joins hands with Sheth Corp for luxury residential project in Mumbai

Emami Group has tied-up with Sheth Corp and agreed to invest Rs 350 crore to develop a luxury homes project 'Montana' in Mulund suburb of Mumbai.

Emami Infrastructure, Emami Group's realty arm and Sheth Corp have formed a limited liability partnership (LLP) for this project.

The project is spread over 7 acres and comprises of four towers and will have apartments of 2, 3, 4 and 5 BHK configurations.

Ashwin Sheth, Chairman and Managing Director, Sheth Group, said, "We are already present in Mulund with our project Vasant Oscar and Vasant Garden. With this project, our association with Emami Group, James Law, HBA Singapore and TROP will be stronger and long-lasting."

Sheth Group has a portfolio of 70 projects and over 20 million square feet developed and delivered.

R S Agarwal, Joint Chairman, Emami Group, said, "Montana is our third project with Sheth Corp".
