EV India Expo 2023: Over 30 Players Take Part; Acer Forays Into EVs
Many EV manufacturers in EV India Expo 2023 including, Acer, Dynamo Electric Vehicle, and Vegh Automobiles showcased their high-speed and low-speed products which are affordable and fulfil the economic requirements of public.

The three-day EV India Expo 2023 began on Tursday at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida which was inaugurated by Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Member of Parliament from Gautam Buddha Nagar and former Union Minister. The event will be held from September 14 to 16, 2023. 

With a spotlight on technology, green transportation solutions, and efforts to preserve the environment, the EV India Expo is poised to be a pivotal moment for the industry. During the course of the expo in which over 30 brands participated, many electric vehicle manufacturers unveiled their latest products, technologies, and equipment. The spotlight was on transport solutions which were  showcasing a diverse range of EVs, including passenger cars, scooters, motorcycles, bicycles.

This Expo aims to connect industry experts with end-users, all united by a common goal -- to discover new business opportunities while championing environmental sustainability. Among many manufacturers, a Taiwan-headquartered multinational technology corporation Acer which has collaborated with Indian electric mobility platform eBikeGo, introduced the  Acer MUVI-125-4G with cutting-edge electric two-wheeler designed for urban commuters seeking elegance, efficiency, and eco-friendliness.

The MUVI-125-4G is the first EV model to be launched under the Acer brand for India. MUVI-125-4G – made with European technology, has swappable batteries, lightweight chassis, 16-inch wheels. This E2W offers a top speed of 75 kmph and a range of 80 km. The company is also gearing up to launch its multiple two and three-wheeler EVs, including e-bikes, e-scooters, and e-trikes.

Vegh Automobiles showcased its newly launched affordable two-wheeler (S60 Beta) claimed to be the only vehicle in the industry that gets charged in just three and a half hour making it a unique product in the market.

Meanwhile, Dynamo Electric Vehicle showcased its newly launched (RX1) high-speed two-wheeler which is affordable in price and one can have it for just INR 80,000 ex-showroom. People have choice to customize the batteries as it has built in a way that these batteries can be swapped and they also can be charged at home. “Same socket through which you charge your mobile phone, you can charge this product,” said Akash Gupta, Director, Dynamo Electric Vehicle.
