Primary Schools Of Ghaziabad To Transform The Digital Education Via Chhota Internet
From education to entertainment, the Internet is constantly revolutionizing major Indian business sectors.

The Internet plays a vital role in transforming various business sectors nationally and internationally. In fact, educators are utilizing it as an essential tool for establishing and expanding their offerings demographically.

But what about the areas that cannot connect to the Internet?

Indian educators have introduced Chhota Internet- a Content Access Management Device that helps in making the education available to all the rural and urban areas in today's India.

Introduction of Chhota Internet

The Ghaziabad's educators are planning to introduce Chhota Internet in approximately 197 upper primary schools, hoping to increase the learning opportunities for the students. Chhota Internet would be running over a Wifi network without the use of the Internet.

Sandeep Arya, Chairman & CEO, Chhota Internet says, "The 21st-century learning is more complex than ever before, and the current context of growth demands various skills from a student. Therefore, it is the need of the hour for us to use digital technology like Chhota Internet to provide more efficient ways of learning."

Enhancing a Student's Performance

The educators would also focus on student's progress and development through this digital initiative, introducing custom-based programmes in upper primary schools. The initiative is believed to help schools to utilize, find, and evaluate content via information technologies and internet if harnessed properly.

"As rural India prepares for a tectonic change in education with the launch of digital classrooms, we need to ensure consistent implementation of digital literacy on a large-scale to ensure quality education," adds Arya.

Bridging the Gap between Growth and Learning

The introduction of Chhota Internet is likely to bridge the gap between the growth and learning procedure, erasing the educational divide.

Arya states, "Chhota Internet will achieve this by bringing students in rural India abreast with the rest of the world, in terms of providing access to a more advanced system of education that is loaded with the latest technological aids, paving the way for future growth via innovative technology."
