Ayurveda, with its roots in Kerala, has been a subject of great attraction in India due to its immense healing properties and how it aids in detoxifying and improving the way of living. Apart from that, India is truly rich when it comes to subjects like yoga, dance and other therapies that lead to holistic wellness. From across the world, people come to India with the hope to detox and rejuvenate, several people come in to cure diseases with the help of Ayurvedic treatments offered. The Ayush program is one such initiative by the government that offers modern Ayurvedic facilities to suit the requirements of all.When people come to Mumbai, the perspective is towards holistic wellness, here practices like dance, yoga and exercise come into play.
