Where does your brand sit today in terms of growth?

Levo Spalon is a consistently high performing spa in its domain. We are at the anvil of expansion, with many brands associated with Levo and big names in the industry like Rossano Ferretti Hairspa, Isaac- for dermatology services and makeups by Vidya Tikari. All these brand associations make Levo unique and the company plans to expand at many other luxury locations in India very soon.

What is your business vision and how do you plan to achieve it in next five years?

We want to take the brand Levo to other Indian metro cities in the next 5 years, as the Indian consumer is ready for the next level of the luxury spa experience. Global travel and influences have led to an increase in awareness levels, hence the expectations of the spa-goers have increased manifolds. Brand Levo is ready to cater to this niche clientele with its wide array of services at par with international standards. The association with Sanghvi Beauty and Salon Pvt Ltd has brought in a corporate structure and culture in the organization and has presented the bandwidth to take Levo places.

Where the next opportunity lies and how are you planning to tap it?

Levo has always been ahead of its time, with an exhaustive menu of luxury skin treatments and cosmetic dermatology services. Levo offers it’s clientele a complete solution for any skin and hair related issues. With the awareness levels and expectations of the clients being at an all-time high, Levo matches with the fast-paced changes in this industry. Result oriented dermatology solutions are the way ahead, Levo has already forayed in this direction. Constant innovation and introduction of the latest treatments is the way forward.

What are the challenges faced in this venture?

Being constantly ahead of the game and yet maintaining bottom line margins are a constant challenge. The recent spate of financial moves made by the government has posed many challenges, for example, rising taxation slabs adversely affect business and consumer spending patterns.
