Firefox Bikes Unveils First Experience Centre in Mumbai
The bicycle brand plans to open 35 new customer experience centres across India covering all Metros and Tier 1 cities.

Firefox Bikes, India’s premium bicycle brand (a Hero Cycles Group company), has opened its new Experience Centre in Navi Mumbai. The COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) store offers a fun, unique, engaging, and immersive user experience. Each touchpoint of the Firefox Experience Centre is designed to elevate customer interaction so that they engage with the brand, its products, and services on a whole new level.

The store will have digital engagements through VR and gamification, enriching the buying experience and making customer’s interaction with the brand more meaningful. It’s a completely new refreshed brand identity in-store, making it more cutting edge and true to the Firefox brand.

The store is divided into 7 sections, each dedicated to a bike category. The easily browsable store layout assists the customers to understand the different bike segments and choose what is best suited to their needs. The brand’s most premium and marque products are showcased on an elevated podium celebrating product innovation and craftsmanship.

Firefox Bikes' Customer Experience Centre will cater to the increasing demand of premium cycles in Mumbai and its catchment. The store will host the entire range of Firefox Bikes, including all premium quality, trendy MTBs, hybrid, women, and more (ranging between Rs 15,000 – Rs 1 lakh), kids (ranging between Rs 7,000 – Rs 15,000). Also, electric bicycles will be retailed and serviced from the new store.

Speaking on the new store launch, Sukanta Das, CEO at Firefox Bikes said ‘We are thrilled to open our first ‘Experience Center’ in the city of dreams. We are currently looking at doubling our turnover again in 2022 as the strong demand for bikes that started during the lockdown last year is set to continue for the next two years.” He affirms.Ashish Deshpande, Co-Founder,and Director of Elephant Design stated The store livery pronounces the Firefox Brand colors of black & orange, playing with a material board of bare, hand-on service shop feel through an interesting mix of metal mesh panels and warm woodtones. The store has a grunge expression that counterbalances with a refined communication set serving as a no-nonsense backdrop to the world-class bikes through touch and try display."

Every online purchase is mapped to a dealer offline through a customized enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
