Rajasthan govt launches 'Rajiv Gandhi Career Portal'
The portal is aiming to offer career guidance with information on entrance examinations, scholarships and employment-oriented courses.

Govind Singh Dotasara, the School Education Minister of Rajasthan, has launched ‘Rajiv Gandhi Career Portal’ for students from classes 9 to 12. The portal is aiming to offer career guidance with information on entrance examinations, scholarships and employment-oriented courses. 

Dotasara said, "It is a big step of the government towards providing employment-oriented education to students. The portal is developed with support from UNICEF and is a first-of-its-kind in the country."

The portal will be providing information to students on more than 200 vocational and 237 professional courses. It will also offer online information on over 455 employment areas, 10,000 colleges in India, 960 scholarship schemes and more than 955 entrance examinations.
