To discern and acknowledge the endeavors, initiatives and achievements of individuals and companies that have contributed significantly towards the growth of the franchise sector in India, Franchise India had organised the Franchise Awards 2016 for the 14th consecutive year at Hotel Lalit, on October 16th, 2016.
Franchise Awards have always been a special occasion for the franchise fraternity. They are regarded as the Oscars of the Indian franchise industry, rewarding excellence in franchising in host of different categories. The winners announced at the Franchise Awards 2016 will set new benchmarks and get recognised for their outstanding performance during the year 2016-2017.

The glittering awards night was graced by the presence of Bollywood Actress Celina Jaitley & renowned Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan. The event witnessed top honchos of the global franchise industry & a great performance by Singer Rashmeet Kapoor.
The Franchise Awards put standards, ethics and best practice at the top of their agenda. Through positive recognition of those that lead the way, the franchise awards are seen as the industry's top accolade.
Judged by an independent panel of experts and supported by the Indian Franchise Association (IFA) & with Francorp India as Process advisors, Franchise Awards 2016 rewarded organisations that have shown outstanding business acumen, passion and achievement of franchise businesses across India. The nominations came from across Franchisors, Franchisees, Master Franchisees and Entrepreneurs pan-India.
