Tenacious Techies develops innovative web and mobile products focusing mainly on mobile technologies. Since three years of our operations we have developed online movie and event ticketing portal, sales and lead management system, online coupons and email marketing systems. We also provide SEO, web designing and customised mobile application development to our clients. The company has a presence in India and Australia.

What are the various products and services offered by you?
We offer services like mobile application development, web and cloud based solutions, sales CRM and email, marketing system, web design and SEO, movie and event ticketing system, Google and Facebook advertisement and last but not the least online marketing.
When did you enter franchise route? What made you adopt it?
We entered into franchising recently. We received a good response from our clients through our SEO and online marketing campaigns. Consequently the clients asked us to visit them to place an order. We realised that we cannot reach each and every part of India on our own and a lot of our hot leads were getting wasted as we were not able to visit the client premises. After careful analysis and consideration we decided to franchise our brand and products.

Enlighten about mobile application industry? Where do you see this industry five years down the line?
Desktop sales have plummeted due to rise in mobile and table sales. Gartner, one of the leading research firms has advised every business will need to have a mobile and social media strategy in order to succeed. Majority of Facebook and Twitter users are logging in from mobile and most of their revenue is being generated through mobile users. It has been predicted that mobile application market will be $77 billion industry by 2017.
What sort of training and support do you provide to your franchisees?
I have acquired 10+ years of experience working in Australia. All our franchisees have to undergo our corporate sales and product training. The training period is of minimum three days. We also help our franchisees with lead generation and appointments to get them going from very first month.
