Dates Unveiled For India's Biggest Ever Expo On Contract Manufacturing & Private Labels
Unbrand Asia Expo 2020 Brings Great Business & Networking Opportunities In The Retail Space.

Unbrand Asia LLP, in association with Franchise India, is coming up with India’s biggest ever business & networking expo for contract manufacturers, CPG start-ups, private labels, packaging, and retailers in the Indian and the APAC region. Unbrand expo is expected to bring together innovative opportunities in the ‘product and packaging’ space.

The expo will be held at the Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre, kicking off from 28th August 2020; followed by a business conference and award show on 29th August 2020.

Ever since the government’s push on the “Make In India” campaign, both global and domestic retailers have started exploring the local manufacturing resources. Manufacturers in India have the golden opportunity to utilize this momentum. Unbrand Asia Expo is crafted to help these said businesses and manufacturers, by bringing them together under one roof and enabling a multiverse of opportunities.

The private labels market size in India is quite significant, as 40% of the modern trade shelf is occupied by private labels. With a massive push on domestic manufacturing, the numbers are only expected to grow.

Talking about the ongoing private label push, Preetima Bhardwaj, CEO & Founder, Unbrand Asia, said, “Retail industry in India is the third largest in the world, which leaves unfathomable opportunities for businesses to diversify and expand. Not just that, the consumers also prefer the best quality products and they no longer affirm to one brand. This is to say that ‘product is the real hero’ of the retail industry and that’s exactly what we want to bring to the forefront, with Unbrand Asia Expo.”

The two days long expo & conference is said to create a new stream of possibilities in the private label space. Unbrand Asia Expo will showcase innovative product & packaging solutions from contract manufacturers, CPG start-ups, private labels, OEMs, corporate labs, and packaging companies. Retailers, suppliers, and brand owners will get to experience this unique exhibition along with opportunities to network and collaborate.

Unbrand Asia Expo is going to showcase approximately 4,000+ products, from 500+ food, non-food, and packaging manufacturers. The event is said to bring together more than 8,000 business visitors from remote parts of the country and the world over.

Furthermore, India Licensing Expo 2020 is Unbrand’s co-located event, which brings an annual footfall of over 5,000 retailers on an average.

The event is not only decorated with a huge footfall of visitors but also with an impact-driven business conference. The thought leadership invigorating conference will also feature keynote speakers, who are the leading retailers, category managers, and suppliers of food and non-food products. They will deliver the latest insights on best industry practices, case studies, and upcoming market trends.
